Roasted tomato, feta and pesto dip

Tomato, feta + pesto - yes, it’s really that simple. The basic ingredients and easy assembly makes it a no brainer when it comes to choosing this as your next crowd pleasing appetizer. Pair this with some sourdough bread and voila, a match made in heaven.

Ingredients -

  • 2 10oz Cherry Tomatoes

  • 1 block of feta cheese

  • 8 oz Pesto Sauce (see our previous post for a delicious homemade pesto)

  • Sourdough bread

  • Seasonings - Garlic, Italian, Salt + Pepper

  • Olive Oil

Recipe -

  • Preheat the oven to 425

  • Mix together tomatoes, feta cheese, olive oil and seasonings

  • Cook in the oven until tomatoes look slightly browned

  • Remove from oven and mix in pesto sauce

Pair your dip with a side of toasted sourdough bread and enjoy!
