Roasted tomato, feta and pesto dip
Tomato, feta + pesto - yes, it’s really that simple. The basic ingredients and easy assembly makes it a no brainer when it comes to choosing this as your next crowd pleasing appetizer. Pair this with some sourdough bread and voila, a match made in heaven.
Ingredients -
2 10oz Cherry Tomatoes
1 block of feta cheese
8 oz Pesto Sauce (see our previous post for a delicious homemade pesto)
Sourdough bread
Seasonings - Garlic, Italian, Salt + Pepper
Olive Oil
Recipe -
Preheat the oven to 425
Mix together tomatoes, feta cheese, olive oil and seasonings
Cook in the oven until tomatoes look slightly browned
Remove from oven and mix in pesto sauce
Pair your dip with a side of toasted sourdough bread and enjoy!
